Owned and Operated by Sean Collins       and Bruce Peene  What type of Caterer are you?          We like to have fun, we are not the stuffy type caterers that a lot of others caterers try to make themselves out to be, but really are not. We tell you up front so there are no disappointments.           We like polo shirts, not tuxedos. We like getting our hands dirty and having fun. We like going to our kids games and schools events. You find us helping out at the snack bar, coaching, PTA meetings, etc. Ok I understand the type of caterer you are, but what about my party?         Even though we are not stuffy, we understand the importance of your event, food quality and sanitation, the details and being on time. This is where we SHINE.              We will make you happy that you choose us to do your party. Bottom line, we want you to come back to us again and again and tell others about us. So we will do our very best.             We also don’t overbook parties. It’s better to tell you we can’t do a party up front.
